I'm a diamond member and had a poor hotel experience where no staff were available for 12 hours to complain to. I reached out for support from Trip.com and manager Mina Wei was so unprofessional and lacked any empathy and care for my situation. She alone is the reason I will be deleting my account and booking elsewhere — even as a diamond member I was treated this way. So if you're anything less than this tier I'd avoid booking with this company. They will never support you.

One of the worst and most incompetent travel agents I've come across. Very deceptive when offering competitive prices, however when there's a change or cancellation by the airline they are useless at arranging alternative flights. Avoid at all costs — unsure how they have a 4.4 rating, it should be much lower. Also surprised they are a Skyscanner recommended provider!

Worst experience ever. I booked a flight under my name but for some reason the app didn't put my surname and made my middle name the last name. I arrived at Gatwick airport to find out they wouldn't let me board because of the name mismatch, and I missed my flight — they claimed they couldn't do anything. It's also non-refundable, so I missed my flight and all my arrangements and can't get a refund.
