PromoCrab Terms of Service

Last updated · May 27, 2026

A plain-language version of our user agreement. Legally it carries the same weight as a long one: by using PromoCrab, you agree to the rules below. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't use the site.

01

What PromoCrab is

PromoCrab is an editorial catalog of promo codes and deals from online merchants. We don't sell products or services ourselves — you'll see a curated list of third-party offers, each with a link to the merchant's own site. Any purchase happens at the merchant, not here.

PromoCrab is operated as an individual entrepreneur registered in Batumi, Georgia. The legal entity is Individual Entrepreneur Alexander Volkov, Chavchavadze Avenue 25, Apt 42, Batumi 6000, Georgia. You can reach us at [email protected] or +995 599 87 41 32.

02

Affiliate relationships

Most outbound clicks from PromoCrab are tracked through affiliate networks: when a visitor we sent buys something, the merchant pays us a commission. That doesn't change the price you pay — your discount is exactly the same as it would be without us. If the click isn't tracked (for example, your cookies are blocked), you still get the advertised deal; we just don't get paid.

03

What you can and can't do

You're welcome to:

  • browse codes, copy them, and share links with friends;
  • email us about expired codes or new ones you spotted;
  • quote our text with a credit and link back.

Please don't:

  • scrape the catalog or copy whole cards onto other sites;
  • fake clicks or sessions to inflate affiliate payouts;
  • pass off our content as yours or sell it inside paid products;
  • attempt to damage, overload, or probe the site's infrastructure.

If we detect abuse, we may block access and contact your hosting provider or law enforcement.

04

No guarantees

We work hard to keep every code in the catalog working, but we can't guarantee it minute-by-minute. A merchant can pull a coupon at any time, raise the minimum basket, or restrict categories. We're also not responsible for product quality, shipping, returns, or warranty — those belong to the merchant. If something goes wrong with an order, please contact the merchant's support team.

We also can't promise zero downtime: scheduled maintenance, hosting outages or third-party API issues can affect site availability.

05

Content and trademarks

The structure of the catalog, our original copy, design, and the way we curate partners are our work. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify offers. If you're a rights holder and notice an issue, please email us and we'll resolve it quickly.

06

When these terms change

We edit this document when we need to — for example, when we add a section to the site or change how affiliate partnerships work. The current version always lives on this page, and the date at the top reflects the last edit. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

07

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromoCrab and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from any transaction completed at a merchant. Where liability can't be excluded under the law that applies to you, it's limited to the minimum required by that law.

08

Disputes and governing law

Please write to us first — most issues get resolved in a single email. If we can't reach an agreement, these Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country, not the U.S. state), and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Batumi, Georgia.

Nothing here removes consumer-protection rights that apply to you under the mandatory law of your country of residence. This document is published in English; any translations are for reference only.
